I can't connect to the SOLO FIT Control Box

Follow these steps to troubleshoot the connection issue:
1. Check the Indicator Light on the Control Box to ensure that the Control Box is on. Also, make sure the Control Box is in the designated range.
2. Check that the battery is properly charged. If it is not, or if you are not sure, exchange the battery with a fully charged battery and try again.
3. Ensure that the device is not operating near electromagnetic or microwave potentially interfering devices. More information can be found in the ELECTROMAGNETIC COMPATIBILITY section of the Operating Manual.
